Everything is changed and improved on iPhone X. The display is edge to edge with no bezels. The front of the iPhone is all display which looks really good. Finally the display is OLED. The corners of the display are rounded and it’s 5.8” new Super Retina display.
With the new iPhone X, you get TrueDepth feature. It’s basically the front facing camera with some new cool features. Now you can find Portrait Mode in front facing camera too which helps you to take selfies with blurred background and focuses on just your face. Also a new feature (Both in rear and front camera) in Portrait mode is Portrait Lighting. It gives your photos studio-quality lighting effect. And also with the help of TrueDepth camera, it analyses your face muscles and you get same expression in 12 Animoji including panda, pig and robot.
The new most famous feature of the iPhone X is the new Face ID. Apple says it’s a secure new way to unlock, authenticate, and pay. Face ID uses the new TrueDepth camera to analyse your face. Apple says TrueDepth camera projects and analyses more than 30,000 invisible dots to create a precise depth map of your face. Face ID is the new way for Apple Pay. And yes, it replaces the Touch ID and there is no more Home button in iPhone X.
And if you’re wondering if there is no Home button how will you go to home directly from apps then there is a gesture now. Just swipe up from the bottom of the display and it takes you to home and to get to the multitasking pause while swiping up from the bottom of the display.

There is a tiny space on the top of the display. It houses all the sensors and cameras used for Face ID with microphone and speaker.
iPhone X is made out up of glass, front and back with surgical-grade stainless steel. Apple says the glass used in iPhone X is the most durable glass ever in a smartphone. It’s also IP67 certified meaning water and dust resistance.
There are two rear cameras in iPhone X same like the iPhone 7+ or iPhone 8+ one wide and one telephoto but it’s now vertical orientation instead of horizontal. Both cameras are 12 Megapixel and they’re both optically stabilized.
iPhone X is powered by the all new Apple A11 Bionic chip. Apple is saying this is the most powerful and smartest chip ever in a smartphone which is capable of up to 600 billion operations per second. In the event they said, “They are managed by second-generation performance controller that now can use all six cores at once it can deliver up to 70% improvement in multi-threaded workloads and they have first ever Apple design graphics processing unit (GPU) it’s 30% faster than the graphics in the previous A10. The A11 bionic concludes first new generation image signal processor (ISP) that delivers faster autofocus in low-light as new pixel processing for sharpness and texture.” Also A11 Bionic powers augmented reality (AR) experiences in games and apps.
Finally the new iPhone is capable of Qi wireless charging thanks to all glass design.
So, yeah this is all what you need to know about the all new iPhone X. Thanks for reading.
